Tourtura Rosé

From a unique single-varietal Stavroto and with a strict selection of the vineyard’s harvest, we have created a rosé version of Rapsani from the Tortoura vineyard. The red vinification maintains the purity of the fruit and the phenolic character of the variety. The nose is clean, with fresh red forest fruits dominated by strawberry and blueberry. In the mouth, the high acidity, minerality, and lasting freshness classify Tortura Rose as a gastronomic wine that pairs perfectly with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Elevate stuffed vegetables, green beans, and briam, or savor it on your balcony during a beautiful evening.
